Logistics Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY: At Mission Design & Automation, we attribute our success to the strength of our team and our ability to be agile and adaptive to new market demands. To build on this team, we are searching for a Logistics Coordinator. This role will work with other team members to perform tasks associated with the shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound products as needed to support engineering & machine build operations. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of receiving transactions, product allocation and labeling, inventory transactions, and paperwork reconciliation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support internal teams by providing timely outbound, inbound, and receiving transactions • Organized work area • Daily Hi-Lo Driving for loading, unloading, and moving product internally • Accurate and consistent product labeling • Maintain and update purchasing and inventory records as needed • Complete tasks with high attention to detail • Collaborate interdepartmentally to resolve inventory related issues QUALIFICATIONS: • Shipping & Receiving Experience (3-5 years preferred) • High school diploma or equivalent certification (Vocational education preferred) • Valid driver's license • HI-Lo trainable • Attention to detail for receiving and paperwork accuracy • Proficient in MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Ability to keep steady pace while performing daily tasks • Maintain punctuality in all aspects of work • Work as part of a team or independently with direction from the Logistics and Operations Manager
