The role involves installing and maintaining rainwater harvesting systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. The technician will also handle cabling tasks and related system setup as part of the installation process.QualificationsExperience in troubleshooting and resolving technical and mechanical issues effectivelyStrong communication and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfactionAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamPrior experience with rainwater systems, plumbing, or related fields is a plusValid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for on-site installationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are advantageous
