Option 1: The locum Tenens Urology opportunity in California Location: Central CaliforniaDuration: Aug 1 Nov 30 (potential for extension)Schedule: 1-4 weeks per month Shift: M-F, 2-3 days in clinic and 2-3 days scheduled OR time (8 hrs/day)Patient volume in clinic: adjustable to MD abilities/preference, but at least 25-30 patients/dayAverage number of cases in the OR: 3-5 per full block OR dayAverage number of cases on the weekend: average of 1 per dayScope: bread and butter urologyEMR: CernerHospital: 613 beds, level III traumaSupport: MDA/CRNA in house 24/7Requirements (boards, license): board certified or board eligible with an active California license at time of application If you are (or someone you know is) interested please let me know your availability and contact information.
