Responsibilities: Provide attentive, high-level table service in an upscale dining environment Prepare classic and house cocktails Recommend wine pairings to complement Asian fusion dishes Guide guests through tasting experiences Maintain bar cleanliness and presentation Deliver warm, professional hospitality aligned with fine dining standards Preferred Qualifications: Experience in upscale or fine dining service Knowledge of wine pairing (especially with Asian cuisine) Bartending experience required Ability to describe flavors, ingredients, and pairing logic Strong communication and guest engagement skills Ideal Candidate: Someone who understands that dining is an experience — not just a meal. You are comfortable recommending sake, wine, or cocktails to enhance dishes such as seafood, wagyu, or chef’s specials.
