This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic setting that values teamwork and positive energy. *Duties* * Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. * Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling and cashiering skills. * Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and adhering to food safety and food handling protocols. * Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management and multitasking abilities during busy hours. * Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving food and beverages seamlessly in high-energy environments. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, uphold food safety standards, and deliver an outstanding hospitality experience. *Qualifications* * Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. * Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests. * Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced service environments efficiently. * Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and accurate food industry calculations. * Experience working in nightclubs or catering events is advantageous. * Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
