Overview
In this role you drive end‑to‑end development of digital electronics for our IGNITE edge processing portfolio, guiding multiple projects from concept to production. You will align cross‑functional teams across systems engineering, firmware, software, and supply chain to hit performance, cost, and schedule goals for mission‑critical systems. You’ll manage scope, risks, and supplier performance while ensuring adherence to aerospace standards. ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the program roadmap for digital electronics hardware from concept through productionCoordinate with systems engineering, firmware, software, mechanical, test, procurement, and subcontracts teams to meet milestonesDevelop and maintain master schedules, resource plans, and budgets; implement corrective actions as neededIdentify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks; communicate status to senior leadershipProvide technical oversight on architecture, PCB design, signal integrity, and thermal managementPrepare and deliver status briefings, performance metrics, and executive dashboardsLead supplier selection, qualification, and monitoring for parts and sub‑assembliesEnforce PLM processes, baselines, and change control throughout the product life cycleMentor junior engineers and program staff to foster a high‑performance culture
Key requirementsBachelor in EngineeringExperience in digital electronics or related industryProject Management ExperienceCAM experience (Control Account Manager) with budgets, schedules, and resourcesExperience working with multiple functions (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain)Ability to obtain Top Secret clearanceStrong communication skillsAbility to lead in a remote/hybrid environmentProven ability to manage multiple programsArchitecture guidance for digital electronics hardwarePCB design and signal integrityThermal management and aerospace standards compliance
