Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end development of electro-optical systems, shaping program strategy and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet performance, cost, and schedule goals. You drive risk management, technical oversight, and stakeholder communications to deliver mission-critical space and ground systems. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to align requirements and milestones, while mentoring junior staff.
