Anesthesiology Practice Profile Mobile Anesthesiology Number of Providers needed : Varies Location/Worksite address: Kentucky : SE Kentucky (Hazard and Pikeville) Bowling Green and Hopkinsville Northern Kentucky (Lexington area) Dates coverage is needed : Asap 2 or 3 months (possibility of extensions) Are you perm recruiting?: Yes; willing to consider perm candidates Schedule/Shift times : Flexible schedules. (Determined at least 30 days out) Call required ?: No Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics ): Adults and Peds (Peds is required) at least 3 years old. Types of cases/Specialty mix : Mobile sedations performed in Dental offices. Critical to have Pediatric anesthesiology experience, as 90% of cases are Peds. Cases typically take 1 hour. Adult cases will consist of different oral surgeries. Type of charting (EMR, paper ): UpDocs Electronic. Certifications needed : Board Eligible is acceptable. ALS or BLS, PALS certification Support staff : Paramedic and Nurse onsite at all times. Three team model Credentialing timeframe : Roughly 30 days. Helps if a candidate has Medicaid ID fairly quick turnaround (1 week).
