Call Center Customer Service
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in handling customer inquiries over the phone.
*Responsibilities*
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information
- Utilize computer systems to track customer interactions and record details of inquiries
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Analyze customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
*Experience*
- Prior experience in a call center
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Proficiency in English is required;
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
