This is your opportunity.We’re looking for BDRs who are ready to take the next step into a closing role as a GTM Partner Account Executive, focused on building and growing Odoo’s partner network.This isn’t a traditional BDR position. You’ll still be doing outbound, but you’ll also own conversations beyond the first touch, working with potential partners through discovery, positioning, and onboarding. The goal is to bring on strong partners and set them up to generate business with Odoo.You’ll get hands-on training on the product and work closely with experienced team members, but you’ll also be expected to take ownership quickly.Why Join Odoo?This is more than just a stepping stone. You’ll get hands-on closing experience, learn how to build partnerships, and play a direct role in growing Odoo’s partner network. The team is fast-paced, supportive, and focused on helping people ramp quickly.What You’ll DoAct as a closer by communicating the value of the partnership, guiding prospects through the evaluation process, addressing objections, and driving deals to close.Handle the initial introduction call, communicate the partnership's value, maintain a healthy pipeline to close deals, and meet daily and monthly KPIs and metrics.Work closely with the BDR responsible for booking appointments and act as a coach to support their development.Maintain prospect data and activity records in our CRM and other tools.Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting, effective pipeline management, and advancing deals to closure within projected timelines.Analyze strategic changes and report key metrics by extracting data, analyzing trends, and creating dashboards in Odoo software for managerial reporting.Collaborate with future partners to understand their needs and design tailored implementation packages.RequirementsBachelor’s degree (preferably in a business-related field) or equivalent education and experience1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an SDR/BDR or similar role with outbound sales and cold calling, and a strong desire to grow into full-cycle salesStrong awareness of software and new technologiesExcellent communication skillsCuriosity about business operationsNice to HaveBalances a serious approach to work with camaraderie, fostering a playful and friendly atmosphere among colleaguesExperience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, and/or E-commerce softwareSaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experienceIntrinsic motivation and curiosity to learn more about business owners and their businessesCompensation and PerksHealthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Account, 401K Matching, and Commuter BenefitsPTO (Paid-time-off), paid sick days, and paid holidaysEmployee Assistance Program: 3 X 1-hour telehealth calls with certified mental health professionals$100 towards a work-from-home office setupEvolve in a nice working atmosphere with a passionate, growing team!Chef-prepared lunches - snacks, fruit, and coffee/drinks on tap!Company-sponsored events for groups of 6+ employeesThe estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary range of $50,000-$70,000.
