Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Engineer located in Paterson, NJ. The Field Engineer will oversee the execution of site work and heavy highway construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, safety standards, and budgets. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing field and technical support, and facilitating effective communication between teams. The Field Engineer will also contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, acting as a liaison between project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations and on-time completion of projects. Qualifications Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify and resolve on-site issues effectively Proficiency in Field Service operations and understanding of construction site-specific practices Excellent Communication skills for clear collaboration with team members, contractors, xywuqvp and clients Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and overseeing project timelines Ability to read and understand construction plans and technical documentation Proven safety awareness and understanding of construction safety standards Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred Familiarity with construction management software or similar tools is a plus Previous field experience in heavy highway or civil construction projects is highly desirable
