Global Finance Lead

A company is looking for a Global Finance Lead responsible for directing financial control activities for a real estate services account. Key Responsibilities Serve as finance lead and business advisor to the Client Managing Director Ensure high standards of financial control and oversight of the finance team Prepare global budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports while managing financial ledgers and accounting processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; graduate work or CPA preferred 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in commercial property management 5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent Experience with real estate accounting systems, preferably Yardi Capability to manage and coach a team of financial professionals
