Your efforts will help create a welcoming environment that fosters patient comfort and trust.Key Responsibilities:Prepare for Patient Visits: Review and update patient records before face-to-face or Telehealth appointments, ensuring all recent test results and correspondence are up-to-date.Maintain Exam Rooms: Clean and stock exam rooms between patient visits, adhering to infection control standards.Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for their visit and notify the physician or mid-level provider when they are ready to be seen.Initial Medical Screening: Greet patients, take vital signs, and document basic medical history accurately.Assist During Exams: Support physicians or mid-level providers during patient examinations.Efficient Use of Time: Restock supplies, check inventory, and keep all areas clean and orderly.Qualifications:Communication Skills: Excellent ability to take medical histories, understand instructions, and document information accurately.
