Senior Production Technician

Position SummaryThe Senior Production Technician independently executes large, multi-trade scopes (typically 5075 labor hours), maintains high-quality standards without supervision, and supports overall crew efficiency. This role requires strong production discipline, trade versatility, and the ability to assist in coordinating work at the jobsite level.Core ResponsibilitiesIndependently complete multi-trade scopes including:Full interior paint and finish workFlooring installation (LVP and prep)Drywall repair, patching, and finishingTrim, punch work, and unit completion tasksMaintain strict quality control with zero avoidable callbacksExecute work within defined labor expectations and production timelinesCoordinate with Crew Lead on scope sequencing and project pacingIdentify and resolve jobsite issues before escalationSupport training and development of Production Technician I & II personnelMaintain clean, organized, and production-ready job sitesPerformance ExpectationsIndependently completes 5075 labor-hour scopesDemonstrates competency across 3+ tradesMaintains labor variance within ~1520%Produces consistent, high-quality work with no repeat rework or callbacksCommunicates proactively on labor progress, material needs, and risksActively improves crew efficiency and supports junior techniciansSkills & RequirementsRequired:Proven multi-trade competency across residential renovation scopesAbility to execute projects independently without supervisionStrong understanding of production pacing and labor expectationsHigh attention to detail and quality controlReliable transportationPreferred:Experience leading small scopes or directing other techniciansAbility to anticipate project needs and sequence work efficientlyInterest in advancing into leadership (Crew Lead track)recblid e4hmtvmmyhtoy53epiglgq2zsz73bk
