Position SummaryThe Production Technician II executes assigned scopes independently across multiple trades, maintaining quality, efficiency, and production discipline. This role requires the ability to complete work without daily correction while coordinating with Crew Leads to stay aligned on schedule and scope.Core ResponsibilitiesIndependently complete defined scopes including:Interior painting (full unit turns)LVP flooring installation and prepDrywall repair and patchingBasic trim and finish workMaintain quality control without requiring rework or oversightExecute tasks within established labor expectationsCoordinate with Crew Lead on sequencing, materials, and prioritiesIdentify and resolve minor jobsite issues without escalationMaintain organized, safe, and production-ready job sitesSupport and guide Production Technician I personnel when neededPerformance ExpectationsCompletes assigned scopes without daily correctionMaintains labor variance within ~20% of estimated hoursProduces consistent, high-quality work with no repeat callbacksDemonstrates competency in 2+ core trades (e.g., paint + flooring, drywall + trim)Communicates proactively on materials, delays, or scope issuesMaintains strong attendance, reliability, and work paceSkills & RequirementsRequired:Proven ability to complete construction tasks independentlyCompetency in at least two residential renovation tradesAbility to read and execute defined scopes of workStrong work ethic and production mindsetReliable transportationPreferred:Experience working in production-style renovation environmentsAbility to estimate time required for personal scopesBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the field recblid ptojcxcad1b02fzs2okj8fv10rseaf
