So be a part of the exceptional talent!We are currently seeking for a dynamic Sales Assistant, with the desire to learn multiple facets of business, to support our private label division leadership and team. Candidate will provide key administrative responsibilities, systems support, research and development information, and reports into the VP of Sales. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Liaison on daily tasks involving Sales, Customer Service, Production and Design teamsPurchase order management – Write , process, log, update and track customer purchase orders from receipt to shipmentGenerate, manage, update, maintain and distribute reports - Weekly style selling, daily sales, inventory ,open to sell, customer order logsDemonstrate initiative by reviewing reports, highlight findings and propose reordersMaintain organization of system files- Line sheets, cads, costing, financial, time and actionInterface with customers – Meet & greet , attend meetings, correspond with client staffMeeting/ Market preparation –Create agenda, schedule appointments, reserve meeting space , sample organization, meeting recaps and model looksSamples management – Order& track customer and photo shoot samples and distributePP/TOP sample management- Monitor and track incoming/outgoing samples, alert to late samples and log approvalsOn line product researchProvide system and general administrative support- Travel preparations, expense reporting, send/receive samplesEntry level account responsibility, to include management of all aspects from showroom presentation to business managementMust be able to work in a team environmentTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
