This individual will assist the AM during all salescampaigns, and daily tasks to drive the business, and will be a key supportcontact for accounts. This role requires a self-starter, with strong problemsolving abilities and excellent communication skills. This role is a hybrid role - 3 days in office, 2 remote.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support: Assist wholesale clients with inquiries and provide productinformation. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers andidentify potential leads. Order ManagementProcess and track wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy andtimely delivery. Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to fulfillorders.Sales/Market SupportPrepare sales support tools/presentations both in season andduring market. Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database andsales records.Administrative TasksHandle invoicing and payment processing. Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing reports. QualificationsBachelors Degree inbusiness or related field preferred. Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferablyin wholesale. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills required – MS Word, Excel; AccessOrli and Salesforce experience a plus Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
