Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Field Service Technician. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing CryoBuilt systems across various customer locations within the assigned territory. The technician will provide remote technical support, perform troubleshooting and diagnostics, and ensure optimal functioning of systems. In addition, the role involves training customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance while collaborating with the internal support team for efficient service delivery. Qualifications Technical skills in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, preferably in refrigeration or cryotherapy systemsProficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issuesStrong communication skills to provide customer support and trainingTime management and organizational abilities to manage field service schedules effectivelyAbility to work independently in the field and support a remote team dynamicExperience in refrigeration or HVAC systems is a plusWillingness to travel extensively within assigned territoryHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant trade school education is preferred
