Job Title: Loan Trading Support AdministratorLocation: New York City -Hybrid ScheduleJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Loan Trading Support Administrator to support the full lifecycle of loan trade transactions, from trade capture through settlement. This role will partner closely with the Loan Trading Desk and internal operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution, settlement, reconciliation, and issue resolution for loan trades.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ClearPar (required) and Loan IQ, strong knowledge of syndicated loan operations, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full loan trade lifecycle from trade initiation through final settlement Create, process, and settle loan trades in ClearPar Book trades and maintain loan structures in Loan IQ, including deal, facility, circle, and loan creation Process and track fees within Loan IQRequired QualificationsPreferred QualificationsReview and release payments related to loan settlementsReconcile settled and unsettled trade flows and resolve discrepanciesMonitor aging and unsettled trades and provide reporting to management and the trading deskPartner closely with the Loan Trading Desk to support booking and settlement activityCoordinate with internal Operations and external partners to ensure timely settlementOversee and validate outsourced loan trading support functions for accuracy and completenessCommunicate and escalate settlement issues to internal stakeholders as neededSupport process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects3+ years of experience in loan trading support, loan operations, or syndicated loan settlements within financial servicesHands-on ClearPar experience (required)Experience with Loan IQStrong understanding of syndicated loan trade lifecycle and settlement processesExperience with trade reconciliation and payment release processesStrong knowledge of loan documentation and trade workflowsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environmentStrong communication skills and attention to detailExperience working directly with loan trading desks or middle office teamsExperience overseeing outsourced operations partnersKnowledge of loan trading regulations and market best practicesPRO038
