Job Summary As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to residents in their private home. Your role is crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of individuals who require assistance with daily activities. Responsibilities - Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Provide direct support to clients based on their individual care plans Requirements - Experience in assisted living, long term care, or a related field is preferred - Ability to drive or commute to the clients home - Familiarity with resident rights and regulations in healthcare settings - Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for elderly or disabled individuals Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
