Personal Care Assistant

Job ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care:Assist with bathing, grooming, and hygiene.Help with dressing and undressing.Support with toileting and incontinence care.Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.Monitor and report changes in client condition.Housekeeping & Meal Support:Perform light housekeeping (e.g., dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, laundry).Clean kitchen and bathroom areas.Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.Wash dishes and clean appliances.Companionship & Errands:Provide social interaction and emotional support.Escort or transport clients to appointments, errands, or activities.Remind clients to take medications (as allowed).Other Duties:Document care provided during each visit.Follow care plans and safety protocols.Communicate clearly with clients, families, and supervisors.
