This role involves shaping the next generation of intelligent systems that support large-scale automation, data processing, and operational intelligence.The position combines hands-on architecture work, strategic technical leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive technical strategy and long-term platform evolutionLead architecture design for large-scale backend systemsLead the evolution of core platform capabilities toward AI-native and agent-based architectures, enabling intelligent data processing, automated decision workflows, and advanced system optimization through machine learning and autonomous components.Partner with Data, Product and AI teams to deliver scalable production systemsDesign and review distributed, high-throughput backend servicesContribute to organization-wide architectural decisionsBalance innovation with operational stability, reliability, and securityFoster collaboration and continuous improvement across engineering teamsRequired Experience7+ years of experience building backend systems in production environmentsExperience in technical leadership roles such as Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, or similarStrong background in distributed systems and high-scale architecturesExperience delivering AI-powered capabilities in production environments (ML, LLMs, or automation systems)Experienced in cloud-native platforms and data processing systemsProven ability to lead complex technical initiatives across multiple teamsPragmatic mindset with focus on scalable, production-ready solutions and customer impact
