A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Software Technical ExpertJob Title: Software Technical Expert Job Type: Full-Time Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)As a Software Technical Expert, you will be responsible for: Job Overview: This engagement focused on system design, configuration management, process automation, and enterprise software optimization, particularly within field service and dispatch platforms like Office Track. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and define the Office Track golden configuration, including clear and measurable acceptance criteria.</li><li>Develop and execute a phased rollout strategy with structured change management (pilot - expansion - scale).</li><li>Establish role-based access controls (RBAC) and implement system guardrails to reduce manual workarounds.</li><li>Identify UI/UX pain points, and recommend AI-driven enhancements and automation opportunities across dispatch and field operations.</li><li>Improve system integrations between Office Track and adjacent enterprise applications.</li><li>Create and execute comprehensive test plans in production-like environments.</li><li>Build and maintain a continuous improvement backlog, driving ongoing process optimization.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance workflow efficiency and system performance.</li></ul>Required Skills & Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Software Technical Expert, Solutions Architect, or Systems Engineer.</li><li>Strong expertise in enterprise software implementation, configuration, and optimization.</li><li>Experience with field service management systems (Office Track preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.</li><li>Strong understanding of change management and rollout strategies.</li><li>Experience designing role-based permissions and security controls.</li><li>Proficiency in test planning, QA, and validation in production-like environments.</li><li>Ability to identify and implement AI and automation solutions.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
