The CCO drives strategic sales initiatives to support revenue growth and position the company for long term success.The CCO is responsible for advancing Latham's market leadership by implementing customer-focused sales strategies, increasing profitable sales across product lines, and expanding market share through dealer retention and acquisition.Some of What You Will Do:Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.Createthe vision and game plan to drive the company's strategic growth plans.Own the overall pricing strategies across all product lines and customer groups; assess market pricingDevelop strong dealer programs to support, train and incentive to drive sales.Effectively develop strategies with corresponding stretch goalsandimplementation plans thatareachievable andsuccessful.Engages in market mapping to understand market share by product and region to maximize efforts and realize successful alignment of the sales funnel activities.Partner with Marketing on lead generation, market segmentation, customer needs and overall market analysis to drive growth. Sales Operations: Develop and lead an efficient sales process, optimize systems, and ensure alignment across teams for operational excellence.Develop and drive overall sales effectiveness and efficiency through the utilization of systems, tools and reportsDeliver effective sales training on process, tools and products; deliver product training for dealers and customersOwn the CRM tool utilization and effectiveness; train new hires and work with managers on using data to drive decisions and performanceBuild an Inside Sales group to support dealers, customers and the sales team.Sales Management/Execution: Lead sales teams in executing plans, building strong customer relationships, extending and expanding sales with dealers and customers and consistently meeting performance goals.Setclearandchallenginggoals,building a culture of accountability and empowerment.Customer Service: Set and drive high standards for customer satisfaction, ensure issues are resolved promptly, and maintain strong customer relationships.Partner with sales team to provide feedback on evolving issues and resolutionProduct Management: Lead product development and life cycle management, ensuring offerings meet customer demands and are leading industry trends.Lead overall product management including design, development and support of new innovative products as well as existing products.Deliver a creative approachtodeveloping new,innovativeideas thatwill stretch theorganizationandpushtheboundarieswithintheindustry.Team Leadership – build a high-performance commercial organization to include:Develop a revised Go-to market approach with a revitalized organization structureEstablish sales targets by individual and territoryDevelop sales incentive programs to drive resultsProactively address performance challengesModel effective relationship management strategies and tactics, as well as best practices in establishing new customer relationships and regaining market shareDirect sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals for volume and price accordingly by market/region/territory/salespersonWhat You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with 15+ years' experience as a Sales leader; MBA preferredPreferred experience areas: B to B Sales, manufacturing, consumer goods and/or building productsProven experience in commercial leadership role within a global organizationStrong track record in sales strategy, sales operations, customer service and product managementExceptional leadership and team management abilities including leading teams through transformational change initiatives; capable of attracting, developing and retaining talent while building a performance driven cultureClear and effective communication across all levels in the organization and with customersMulti-channel sales experience with track record of exceeding sales goalsAbility to travel approximately 75% of the time including overnight travelStrong leader capable of effecting change through hands-on management techniques and personal credibility; possesses a strong customer mindset and proven ability to build a customer-focused organizations.Excellent analytical and strategic skills, coupled with highly effective interpersonal, customer relations and negotiating skills; also possesses good business judgment and problem-solving capabilities.Proven experience in commercial leadership roles within global organizationsStrong track record in sales, customer service, and product managementWhy should you come work with Us?Comprehensive Benefits for you and your family includeMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHSA and FSA plans available401(K) with 50% company match up to 6%Flexible Paid Time OffHolidays - 11 Paid, eligible on day oneLife/ADD Insurance and Short/Long Term Disability insurance with buy up optionsProfessional DevelopmentTraining programs, Tuition Reimbursement, and growth opportunities.Supportive Environment A culture rooted in collaboration, integrity, and respect.Some Important Information for you:Position Title: Chief Commercial OfficerLocation: Flexible, the location for this role is flexible with travel expected as needed.Status: Full-timeSalary Range: $375,000-$450,000Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
