Maintenance SupervisorWhat You Will Do:Perform diversified duties to maintain production and facility equipmentSupport site's business goals and improve facilitiesManage KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, OEE, post-PM performance; support TPM initiativesUphold Clarios standards; ensure safe maintenance activitiesMonitor repair progress; update job progress and initiate corrective actions as neededLead maintenance team effectively; build department cohesionDrive continuous improvement efforts plant wideInteract with other departments for system functionalityAdhere to safety norms including lock out tag out regulationsConduct performance reviews and discipline direct reports if necessaryWhat We Look For - Qualifications Required:High School degree or GED from an accredited institution3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing2+ years as a maintenance supervisor in manufacturingPLC troubleshooting experiencePreferred:Bachelor's degreeProficiency in CMMS solutions like Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance & PrismaExcellent communication skillsStrong leadership, organizational skills, and team motivation abilityWhat We Do Here:St. Joseph, Missouri is home to our assembly plant which manufactures automotive and marine batteries.
