Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative (SDR)We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our New Business Sales team. This critical front-end role will require the successful candidate to generate leads and conduct discovery conversations with potential clients to understand their business needs and objectives. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and delivering qualified prospects to the Sales team. If you are a highly driven and ambitious individual, who will strive to consistently achieve and over-achieve targets - we'd love to hear from you! This role will work closely with employees across all levels on the Sales team. This is a remote role based on the East Coast (US) that requires occasional travel.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and creating new qualified sales opportunitiesDriving brand awareness to build, fuel and manage a pipeline of potential prospectsEngaging with and conducting discovery conversations with potential customers/decision makers to uncover business needsAchieving and exceeding monthly targets for generating qualified leadsLearning and managing proven sales processes to generate new opportunitiesLeveraging a range of sales tools to prospect into key verticals and geographiesLearning our technology and case studies to understand and deliver our unique value propositionYour Experience and Qualifications1-2 years previous experience as an SDR/BDRA confident and coachable individualThe ability to work autonomously and be a true self-starterThrive in a fast paced and start-up environmentStrong interest in lead generation/outbound salesExperience in utilising sales enablement platforms such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn etc.A logical and methodical individual, who displays urgency, a bias for action and curiosityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAn understanding and interest in digital technology (websites, social media, mobile apps, marketing)Fluent in English
