Support & Maintenance
Quality Control Instructor (PM Shift)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Technical Inspection & Measurement
Perform mechanical inspection using a wide variety of hand tools, gauges, and advanced systems such as, Hexagon Arm with PC-DMIS, visual systems (Comparator), profilometer, and hardness tester.
Inspect raw materials such as extrusions, sheet metal, castings, and purchased products.
Conduct in-process, final, and support source inspections to ensure conformance.
Documentation & Auditing
Prepare and manage crucial aerospace documentation, including but not limited to: AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports, and Net-Inspect FAIRs.
Perform internal audits and generate comprehensive reports.
Review certification packages to ensure compliance.
Create detailed non-conformance reports.
Compliance & Safety
Review specifications and legal requirements for product and shipping compliance.
Follow all safety rules and regulations.
