Account Executive (AE)Department: Sales & MarketingLocation: Remote (U.S.-based)Reports to: VP of Revenue(Kasper Valgren)Start Date: July 1, 2026Compensation: $55,000-$75,000/year base + commission (OTE up to ~$150,000/year)Role SummaryAs an Account Executive at FlightLogger, you'll be a key contributor to our U.S. market expansion, responsible for the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing new deals. You will handle both inbound and outbound sales, conduct high-impact product demonstrations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.This is a full-time, remote role that offers flexibility and autonomy for a motivated sales professional who thrives in SaaS environments, excels in consultative selling, and wants to grow within a fast-scaling, global organization.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Generation: Identify, qualify, and engage potential U.S.-based flight training organizations.Sales Execution: Conduct needs assessments, present tailored product demos, and negotiate terms through to contract signing.Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including marketing, customer success, and product—to align goals and ensure smooth handoffs.Account Development: Build long-term relationships and uncover upsell opportunities within your accounts.Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM accuracy using HubSpot and contribute to reliable forecasting.Outbound Focus: Execute 45–60 outbound activities per day when needed to build top-of-funnel pipeline.Who You Are2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a full-cycle AE roleProven track record of hitting/exceeding quotasExcellent communicator who is confident in leading virtual demos and closing remotelyOrganized, self-driven, and data-mindedExperience using CRMs like HubSpotLegally authorized to work in the U.S.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $55-65,000 per yearCommission: Performance-based, according to the FlightLogger Sales Commission PlanMedical Coverage: Market-comparable HSA/co-pay with options for dental, vision, life, STD/LTD insurance401(k): Employer matched 401-KGrowth PathHigh-performing AEs will have opportunities to progress into roles like Senior AE, Regional Manager, or Team Lead as FlightLogger grows its presence in North America.Hiring ProcessIntro call with Kasper Valgren (VP of Revenue)(15 min)Sales task + interview with Kasper & AE Lukas Skjødt (prep + 60 min)Reference checkOffer, onboarding, and kickoffAbout FlightLoggerFlightLogger is a leading SaaS platform built by flight instructors for flight instructors.
