Working on site at the facility is required. Your primary responsibilities will be: Organize, manage, and plan complex engineering projects supporting R&D and product implementation. Lead cross-functional, interdepartmental teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to specification through the entire product development lifecycle Develop and maintain project plans (schedule, budget, risk, communication) and report progress using defined metrics in an IMS utilizing MS Project. Manage requirements, scope, and change control. Coordinate with manufacturing engineering, procurement, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. Require deep technical literacy but not hands-on design And you will have B.S./B.A. in Engineering or related field. 7+ years aerospace industry experience; 5+ years project/program management. Experience managing complex electromechanical projects through the entire product development lifecycle. Earned value management and project planning expertise. Experience leading proposals and pricing responses to RFIs and RFQs. Nice to have: PMP certification. Lean/continuous improvement experience. DO-254, DO-178, TSO, PMA familiarity. Experience dealing with obsolescence planning and mitigation for aerospace components. Technical background in product development Programmatic data analysis using MS Excell Experience leading SW development programs **Must be authorized to work in the U.S.** **This position requires either a US Person (as defined in applicable export regulations) or a non-US person who is eligible to obtain required export authorization** The wage/salary range for this role is $130k - $160k, depending on education and experience.
