ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a *Principal Technical Program Manager* for a leading aerospace avionics company, which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in managing complex technical programs and leading cross-functional teams looking to further their career in aerospace innovation.

• Direct and lead integrated program teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless coordination from concept to delivery
• Define program strategy including scope, schedule, budget, and resources; navigate phase-gate processes and drive timely execution
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to prevent program impact and ensure success
• Serve as primary customer liaison, communicating program status, risks, and forecasts to ensure stakeholder alignment and build strong relationships
• Drive performance against cost targets, manage resources efficiently, and identify opportunities for revenue and cost reduction
