This opportunity has flexibility for a hybrid or fully remote schedule!   Compensation: $150,000-175,000What You’ll Be DoingLead quarterly close activities, including fund valuationsOversee capital calls, distributions, allocations, and related cash managementCoordinate with external service providers, including fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisorsManage and review fund accounting processes across multiple investment vehiclesAssist with annual audits and US GAAP financial reportingPartner closely with investment, legal, and operations teamsSupport investor reporting and investor relations activitiesDrive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational scalabilityParticipate in special projects and strategic finance initiativesWhat They’re Looking For6–8+ years of accounting experience with a blend of public accounting and private/fund accounting experience Background in venture capital, private equity, private credit, or alternative investments requiredStrong understanding of fund accounting concepts, including valuations, capital activity, and financial reportingCandidates currently at the Senior Finance Associate or Assistant Controller level are encouraged to apply!For immediate consideration, please reach out directly to Kelly Lucey at
