Mid-Level Operations Program Analyst (Level 3)The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Operations Program Analyst (Level 3) to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in Berkeley, MO!The F-15 Operations Program Analyst will utilize project management skills and principles to develop, plan, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks for the F-15 program. Staffing integration and factory transformation activities will be additional aspects of this role.Position ResponsibilitiesSupports the development of program schedule and/or manufacturing plans, etcCoordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveriesIdentifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changesAnalyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processesSupports business unit level operating plansProvides analysis of production rates and production development initiativesPerforms production proposal activitiesSupports proposal preparation and new business development effortsParticipates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiencyWorks under general supervisionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)3+ years' experience with process improvement and LEAN manufacturing methodologies3+ years' experience developing and analyzing large quantities of data using Excel3+ years' experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams1+ year of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadershipStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work any shift based on needs of the operationPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)Bachelor's Degree or higherPrevious experience with the F-15 programExperience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExperience in managing multiple projects concurrentlyExperience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvementConflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements: This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
