Our top-5 Texas law firm client is seeking an Employment & Labor Associate with 3–7 years of experience (classes of 2019–2023) to join its growing practice in Austin, Dallas, Houston, or New York. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on a broad range of employment matters, including employment-related aspects of corporate transactions, drafting employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements, and providing day-to-day counseling on workplace issues. Experience with labor & employment litigation and M&A-related diligence is preferred. Strong academic credentials and prior large law firm experience are required.The annual base salary ranges from $260,000 to $420,000, depending on factors including year classification, graduation year, skills, and overall experience.Please submit application materials through the portal here.
