Insurance Litigation Partner

A well‑established US litigation firm is looking to add a non‑equity Partner to its New York construction and insurance defense practice.This is a high‑volume, highly active group with a deep pipeline of work and no requirement to bring a book.The opportunity:• Non‑equity Partner role focused on NY civil construction litigation and insurance defense • Handling a large caseload of personal injury matters, with some property damage work • Full responsibility for supervising and mentoring junior associates • Direct client and carrier contact with autonomy over files • Joining a busy team of 13, including a senior partner with a $4.5M book and multiple servicing partners • Exceptionally active practice with hundreds of live matters and consistent inbound workCandidate profile:• 10+ years’ NY construction litigation / insurance defense experience • New York bar admission required • Comfortable running matters end‑to‑end without supervision • Prior trial experience helpful but not essential • Strong client communication skills and leadership mindsetCompensation:• $175K minimum draw plus performance, hours and origination bonuses • Realistic total comp around $250K+ for strong performers • Well north of $300K possible with originationWhy this role stands out:• No requirement for a portable book • Guaranteed workflow supplied by the firm • Clear path to strong earnings through volume and performance • Stable platform with long‑term need and growthConfidential discussion welcome.
