Partner - Remote or Hybrid in CaliforniaPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Partner to join our prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Employment law, General Liability, and Defense Litigation. This role will involve leading a team of attorneys, managing client relationships, and developing strategic legal solutions that align with our clients' needs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of attorneys in the Labor and Employment, General Liability, and Defense Litigation practice areas.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional legal counsel and representation.Oversee the preparation of legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence in various cases.Strategically advise clients on complex legal issues and risks associated with Labor and Employment matters.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, ensuring the highest standards of legal advocacy.Mentor and train junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising clients accordingly.QualificationsJurisdictional license to practice law and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Labor and Employment, General Liability, and Defense Litigation.Proven track record of successfully managing complex legal cases and leading teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and a strong network within the legal community.BenefitsMedical, Dental, VisionPTO401k
