Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years PEDS RN experience required. This contract position involves night shifts in a North Metro, GA location, focused on delivering exceptional care across Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, and Eye specialties within a pediatric environment.Schedule/Hours:Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AMVaried days of the weekOn-call rotation including two 4-hour, two 8-hour, and two 12-hour shifts minimum every six weeksQualifications and Experience:Current RN licensure with Pediatric specialtyMinimum 2 years of operating room (OR) experience with documented travel nursing assignmentsPediatric experience highly preferredExperience in Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, and Eye procedures requiredCurrent certifications: BLS, PALS, PEARS, CNOR, and EMREpic RTO proficiency mandatory and must be included in submissionTwo recent references from OR supervisors or managersAbility to comply with a nicotine-free workplace policy (testing required)Required flu vaccination with no exemptions acceptedResponsibilities:Deliver high-quality nursing care in the OR with pediatric patientsCollaborate effectively with surgical teams across multiple specialtiesRespond to on-call duties and provide expert care during extended shiftsMaintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols intrinsic to a nicotine-free facilityThis role offers the chance to contribute to a respected healthcare environment devoted to pediatric surgical care while working a structured night schedule.
