We focus on building intuitive, high-quality software that helps users engage deeply and perform at their best.We’re hiring for two full-stack engineering roles: Senior Full-Stack Engineer and Junior Full-Stack Engineer. Both roles contribute across a modern Django + React stack, building end-to-end product features and internal tools. The Senior role drives architectural decisions and mentors teammates, while the Junior role focuses on shipping features quickly alongside experienced engineers and growing into ownership over time.Senior Full-Stack Engineer$140K – $200K + EquityYour RoleAs a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll own product features end-to-end across both customer-facing and internal operational platforms. You’ll help shape technical direction across the stack, maintain a high bar for engineering quality, and mentor junior engineers as the platform scales.This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll balance rapid product development with long-term system design and infrastructure improvements.What You’ll Work OnBuild and maintain end-to-end product features across marketplace and operations platformsDevelop backend services using Django, including views, serializers, migrations, and APIsBuild and maintain React frontends that integrate seamlessly with backend systemsLead pull request reviews with a focus on code quality, testing, performance, and securityImprove CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructureDesign scalable systems that support onboarding workflows, payments, contracts, and operational toolingMentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices across the teamWhat We’re Looking For4+ years of experience with a backend web framework (Django preferred; FastAPI, Rails, or similar also welcome)Strong React experience and ability to ship full-stack features independentlySolid understanding of Django best practices, including class-based views, DRF serializers, migrations, and transactionsDeep PostgreSQL knowledge, including query optimization and indexing strategiesStrong testing discipline (pytest, vitest, or similar frameworks)Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and deployment workflowsStrong communication and code review skills with attention to maintainability and scalabilityTrack record of leading projects end-to-end and making thoughtful architectural decisions
