Fabric Coordinator

TWP is seeking a Fabric Coordinator to support the end-to-end sourcing and development of fabrics and linings. This role is responsible for maintaining PLM systems, tracking fabric orders and inventory, and serving as a liaison between design teams, vendors, and production. The Fabric Coordinator will maintain fabric libraries, ensure quality standards are met, monitor inventory levels, and support adherence to production calendars to meet key deadlines.Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)Partner with the Director of R&D Materials to research, develop, and source knit and woven fabrics.Maintain internal PLM systems, WIP charts, and design/development line sheets.Track fabric orders, shipments, and inventory levels to prevent delays in development or production.Oversee quality control by reviewing and pre-approving lab dips, strike-offs, and approval cuttings.Maintain both digital and physical fabric libraries, ensuring PLM systems and fabric data are accurate and up to date.Coordinate required samples and documentation for production handoff.Manage and maintain all in-house sample inventory processes and tracking.Maintain seasonal and inventory fabric boards and support swatching needs.Assist with color matching linings to corresponding self-fabrics.QualificationsBachelor’s or associate degree in a related field.2–3 years of experience in fabric development, apparel production, or apparel sourcing preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred.Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management skills.Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
