Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lancaster, PA, for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, and implementing necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance of industrial machinery. The role includes maintaining production equipment, identifying potential issues before they occur, and adhering to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial MaintenanceStrong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issuesExperience with Preventive Maintenance to ensure machinery reliabilityKnowledge of Maintenance & Repair processes and techniquesAttention to detail and a commitment to safety standardsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamPrior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance or related fields are preferred
