Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of inbound calls and customer inquiries efficientlyResolve customer questions and complaints via phone, email, or face-to-face interactionsAssist with new account openings, account maintenance, issue resolution, and general banking inquiriesProvide accurate information on banking products and servicesIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions through account analysis ? Qualifications5+ years of experience in a high-volume call center (banking preferred) OR3+ years of direct banking experience?? ScheduleFull-time: 40 hours per week after the training period??
