Property Manager - Industrial

RETS Associates, on behalf of its Client, a vertically integrated owner/operator with over 10 MSF of industrial assets nationwide, is seeking a Property Manager (“PM”) to oversee a 275K SF industrial portfolio throughout LA/OC County.The position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while requiring regular property visits and hands-on portfolio oversight. The role also offers long-term growth opportunities with a well-capitalized, expanding real estate investment firm.The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-starting commercial real estate professional who thrives working independently, is highly organized, and can effectively manage priorities in a remote setting.Qualifications• 5+ years of commercial property management experience, preferably industrial • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi • Bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation$110K - $115K base, bonus potential DOE
