Senior Facets Configuration Manager | Remote | $113K-$132KWe're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Facets Benefit and Workflow functionality.• Leverage deep ANSI SQL expertise to support complex data environments.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on Facets and ANSI SQL initiatives.• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.What You'll Need• Strong expertise in ANSI SQL, with hands-on experience in complex data environments.• Extensive experience with Facets Benefit and Workflow Configuration.• Proven ability to analyze, test, and optimize Facets configurations and system changes.• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.• Proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.What's On Offer• Competitive salary range of $113K-$132K.• Eligibility for annual discretionary incentive program.• Comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, PTO, 401(k), and Parental Leave.• Opportunity to work on impactful projects within the healthcare technology space.Apply via Haystack today!
