Sr. Demand Process Analyst

About the Team Marketing Optimization is at the forefront of evolving the way Workday marketing goes to market as a holistic organization. About the Role Responsible for assisting in full end-to-end documentation of demand processes, across the scope of Workday's campaign to MQL flow. Using domain expertise, evaluate existing technology, processes, and practices in order to make recommendations for continuous improvement of Workday's global demand management ecosystem. Coordinate cross departmental resources in order to execute on approved recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally, analyze and report on processes and sub-processes performance, gaps, interlocks, and efficiency metrics across the demand management funnel and make recommendations to key collaborators for ongoing process improvements. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing/demand operations, marketing/demand strategy, or management consulting, preferably in cloud-based software. Holistic understanding of all processes, technology, and data that influence the demand generation funnel. Familiarity with Lead Scoring methods, implementation, and analysis. Marketing Data Structures, Campaign Hierarchy. Return on Marketing Investment. Ability to synthesize actionable recommendations from a wide variety of options. Other Qualifications Ability to assist in synthesizing sophisticated process frameworks into consumable steps for senior leadership as well as workstream stakeholders. Proven track record of using data to identify areas of opportunity and present recommendations for improvement. Familiarity with lead generation development standard methodologies for high-growth technology companies. Lead scoring methodologies and implementation. Possess experience with Marketing Engagement Platforms, CRMs and Lead Generation Tools. Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
