Job DescriptionExchange OfficerLocation: Ocean County, NJ (Onsite)Compensation: $60K-$85K (DOE)Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility required to complete closings)Position OverviewThe Exchange Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and coordinating all phases of 1031 exchange transactions.
