Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately, and with professionalism during banquets and events Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and presentation standards Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event Provide attentive beverage service, including wine pouring, drink refills, and handling POS (Point of Sale) systems for orders Ensure food safety and proper handling of all food items in compliance with health regulations Assist with food preparation and catering setup as needed to support event flow and guest satisfaction Skills Previous experience in the food industry or catering environment is highly preferred Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and beverage service, including wine knowledge Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing orders and payments accurately Experience with POS systems for order entry and transaction processing Excellent communication skills paired with a positive attitude to enhance guest experiences Familiarity with food safety standards, fine dining etiquette, and food preparation practices Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels unforgettable events!
