Wing Resource Advisor

Team Spectrum is seeking an experienced financial and resource management professional to support budget planning, execution, and analysis in support of mission priorities. This role is a strong fit for a candidate who enjoys translating financial data into actionable recommendations, partnering with leadership, and helping ensure resources are aligned to operational requirements. This position is contingent upon award to Team Spectrum.Key Responsibilities:Serves as a resource advisor and budget analyst supporting day-to-day budget formulation, execution, tracking, and financial analysis activitiesAssists leadership with routine budget and financial management matters and serves as a functional point of contact for funding issuesCoordinates with higher headquarters and budget offices to obtain, monitor, track, and reconcile organizational funding and resource requirementsReviews, analyzes, consolidates, and summarizes budget submissions, source documents, automated data, and accounting reports for planning purposesDevelops budget estimates, annual financial plans, and supporting justifications based on mission requirements, trends, and historical spending patternsMonitors obligations, expenditures, reimbursable orders, and allotment actions to identify over execution, under execution, and funding shortfallsPrepares reprogramming actions, funding adjustments, and transfer recommendations to address emergent requirements and changing mission prioritiesAdvises managers on the proper use of funds, available appropriations, budget impacts, and compliance with fiscal policies and proceduresParticipates in financial working groups and boards by preparing recommendations, defending requirements, and prioritizing funded and unfunded needsUses automated budget systems and standard software tools to produce reports, conduct analyses, perform quality checks, and support budget training for organizational personnelRequirementsRequired Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of experience working as a squadron-level or higher Resource Advisor, with experience interfacing with higher headquarters and familiarity with Air Force financial management software, including DEAMS and PIEE Active Secret ClearanceBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWellness ResourcesStock Option Plan
