Senior Workday Security consultant -Remote

The consultant will design, configure, and maintain Workday security, including security groups, domain and business process security policies, and role-based access controls. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing security requirements, performing security audits, troubleshooting access issues, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with functional and technical teams, documenting security designs, supporting testing cycles, and providing guidance on Workday security best practices. The consultant will also monitor changes, assess security impacts, and recommend improvements to strengthen overall Workday security posture.Qualifications Strong expertise in Workday Security configuration, including security groups, domain security, and business process securitySkills in Security Consulting and Information Security for assessing requirements, designing controls, and advising stakeholdersExperience in Application Security and Cybersecurity to safeguard Workday and integrated applicationsKnowledge of Network Security principles relevant to cloud-based and SaaS environmentsHands-on experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, particularly in security design and testingAbility to conduct security audits, role reviews, and risk assessments within WorkdayStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsEffective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote settingPrior experience in a senior or lead Workday security role is highly beneficialBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent professional experienceRelevant certifications (e.g., Workday Pro, security or cloud certifications) are a plus
