Early Childhood Pre K Special Education Teacher - Hartford, CT

Bring your passion for early childhood special education to an impactful, contract-based role supporting PreK learners. This position is located near Hartford, CT, and begins as soon as possible, running through June 18, 2026. With a predictable schedule of 27.5 hours per week (5.5 hours/day, Monday through Friday), you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in young children's learning journeys. As the classroom's lead Special Education PreK Teacher, you will provide instruction, facilitate PPTs, track student progress, and develop meaningful goals for a caseload of approximately 12 students. Collaboration and communication will be key as you work within a public school environment to nurture and support each child at this crucial developmental stage. Pay ranges from $27 to $40 per hour, depending upon your experience and qualifications.
