HR ManagerWe are seeking an experienced HR Manager who brings a strong balance of employee relations expertise, leadership coaching, and business-focused HR strategy. This role partners closely with leadership to support people initiatives that align with organizational goals while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.The ideal candidate would have a Bachelors degree, 3+ years of HR Management, and 7+ years of progressive HR experience. This role is 100% onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace concernsCoach and guide leaders on people management, team effectiveness, and organizational developmentDesign, implement, and support training and development programs that build leadership capability and employee engagementTranslate business objectives into practical HR solutions, ensuring alignment between people strategy and operational needsLead and support core HR processes including talent development, employee engagement initiatives, and change managementEnsure HR practices are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and cultureWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR leadership roleStrong background in employee relations with the ability to navigate complex and sensitive situationsDemonstrated success in leadership coaching and developmentSolid business acumen with the ability to understand operational priorities and influence outcomesDeep working knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and people strategyConfident communicator who can build credibility at all levels of the organization
