This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing or machine operation experience who takes pride in producing quality work and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, load, adjust, operate, and unload slitting machines and related equipmentMonitor production runs to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standardsUse measuring tools such as scales, calipers, micrometers, and thickness gaugesPackage finished products for shipmentPerform routine preventative maintenance on machinery as neededMaintain accurate production and quality standards throughout runsFollow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operationsQualificationsPrevious slitting machine operation experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityAbility to read and use precision measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable attendance and a consistent work schedule required, must have transportationGood communication with team members and supervisors.
